I know that I am terrible about keeping this thing updated. I have a bunch of pictures I need to post, but there never seems to be enough hours in the day. I do want to share some funny stories. Rylie is at the cutest age and says the funniest things and I just wanted to share some of the stuff she says.
The other day we went outside and I thought I smelled gas for a minute. I started walking around trying to see if I could smell it again or figure out where it was coming from and I never did, so it must have been something else. Anyway, Rylie said, “Mommy, what are you doing” I said I thought I smelled gas and she said, “Well, probably somebody just tooted!”
Then the next day I went to the bank to deposit a check. When the teller asked if there was anything else I needed I asked if I could have a lollipop for my daughter and she said ” I am not daughter, I am Rylie. You are probably just kidding!”
She has also started putting her baby dolls in “time out” for various reasons. It is so funny to ask her why they are in time out. She says things like, they were throwing toys, or not listening, etc. One day she said “They are just doing everything today!” Sometimes when she is in trouble I will say “Rylie Allison!” So, the other day I heard her say, “Baby Allison, you need to go to time out!” I just died lauging. She probably doesn’t even realize Allison is her middle name! She just thinks it is something I say when she is in trouble!
